    What are the sweaters made of?
    Our sweaters are lovingly crafted using noble, responsible materials. We use a blend of 92% super soft alpaca—a luxuriously soft, warm, and lightweight fiber—and 8% recycled polyamide, which adds durability without compromising sustainability.

    Where are our garments made?
    Each piece is born in the Andes of Peru, in direct collaboration with skilled knitters who preserve ancestral techniques and work in harmony with the land.

  • Which countries do you ship to?
    We ship worldwide! Bringing a piece of the Andes wherever you are.

    How long will my order take to arrive?
    Between 4 to 6 weeks—though it often arrives sooner. Each piece is made to order, and we promise it’s worth the wait.

    Can I track my order?
    Absolutely. As soon as your order is ready and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your sweater’s journey every step of the way.

    How much is shipping?
    Nothing. Shipping is included in your order—no surprises.

    Who pays customs or import taxes?
    Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Since regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

  • What is your return policy?

    Each piece is made especially for you, so we do not accept returns. We kindly ask you to check the measurements carefully before placing your order. If you need any adjustments, write to us—we’re happy to tailor your garment to your needs.

    Can I change the size of my item?
    Yes. Just contact us before we begin knitting, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.

    How do I request an exchange or return?
