  • What are the measurements of the sweaters?
    Measurements vary slightly depending on the style and can be found on each product page under Product Details. As a reference, we indicate:

    • C: (sleeve length from the middle of the neck label): Inches/Centimeters

    What are the sweaters made of?
    Our signature composition combines 92% superfine alpaca with 8% recycled polyamide. Exceptionally soft, light and breathable, superfine alpaca has natural thermoregulating properties that help the fibre adapt beautifully across changing temperatures, making it comfortable to wear throughout the seasons. The recycled polyamide lends durability and helps each piece retain its shape and beauty over time. Our materials are selected with care, with a focus on quality, longevity and responsible sourcing.

    Where are our garments made?
    Each piece is born in the Andes of Peru, in direct collaboration with skilled knitters who preserve ancestral techniques and work in harmony with the land.

    How should I care for my alpaca garment?
    You can find detailed care instructions for each sweater or cardigan under Care on its product page. We also recommend visiting our care guide for further guidance on washing, drying, storing and caring for your alpaca knitwear so it can be enjoyed for many years.

  • Which countries do you ship to?
    We ship worldwide, bringing Michele & Hoven pieces from Peru to you, wherever you are.

    How long will my order take to arrive?
    As each piece is made to order, please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production, followed by up to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Once your piece is ready, it will be carefully prepared and sent on its way to you.

    Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

    Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with every order.

    Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer. As these vary by destination, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

    As each Michele & Hoven piece is made individually upon order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend taking a moment to review the product details and measurements before ordering, and if you have any questions, we’re always here to help.

    How do I request an exchange or return?
    Every Michele & Hoven piece is carefully inspected before leaving our atelier. If you notice a defect when your order arrives, please get in touch with us at hola@micheleandhoven.com with your order details and a few photographs, and we’ll work with you personally to resolve it.

  • Can I customize a sweater?
    Yes. As each Michele & Hoven piece is made individually, we are happy to accommodate personal adjustments. If you have a particular colour, measurement or detail in mind, feel free to get in touch with us before placing your order.
